- 100 g linseed
- 10 g dry cloves
Just grind all of these and make a powder.
Take 2 tbsp every morning for a whole three days. Also, mix it with warm milk and in breakfast or cereals. After the three days, take a break with another three days. Repeat this for a whole month, and you can do this a few times per year.
